Choose PNG when lossless page images matter

Converting a PDF to PNG renders each visible page into pixels. PNG preserves sharp edges without JPEG artifacts, which makes it a useful choice for interface screenshots, diagrams, line art, and pages with small high-contrast text. It usually creates larger files than JPG for photographic pages.

Select resolution for the destination
